Our Philosophy

Around half of Tiburon owns a pet, and most own at least two, so a home here should welcome every member of the family, the four-legged ones included. We don’t play games with breed or weight rules. If your dog is part of your life, they’re welcome in ours.

We’ve watched a lot of friendships start at the dog park and on the shoreline path over the years. Pets are part of what makes this community feel like home, and we want yours to settle in as easily as you do.

A short walk away, and where a lot of the neighbours first meet. Mornings and early evenings are the social hours.

Private outdoor areas, quiet streets, and deer and owls for company. There’s grooming, supplies and a vet close by in the village too.

Are there any breed restrictions?

No. We welcome all breeds, with no weight limits. We’ve always believed a good tenant and a good dog come together.

What is your policy on Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)?

We follow California law on assistance animals and ESAs. Talk to us directly and we’ll make it simple.

Can I have more than two pets?

Our standard is up to two pets per home. If your situation is a little different, call us. We’d rather have the conversation than hide behind a rule.

Are cats welcome too?

Of course. Dogs, cats or one of each, your pets are part of the family and they’re welcome here.

Is there a pet deposit or pet rent?

No we do not charge a pet deposit or pet rent.

Where can I walk my dog nearby?

Plenty of places. The Linear Path from Blackie’s Pasture, the shoreline River Walk, the trails at St. Hilary’s Preserve and the local dog park are all close by, most within a short walk or a five-minute drive.
